I loved the absolutely fantastic and functional hotel.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with to Southbank, huge windows and comfortable bed. There were coffee & tea making machines, a refrigerator, and glassware upon arrival.

The staff is immensely pleasant here, the services are great, and location is incredible not far from shops, dining and entertainment venues, nightlife and Downtown City Centre, Casino, museum.

The triple room with view of brisbane wheel had all necessary amenities.

Had a freshly renovated and new-fashioned room. There was very comfy bed, an air conditioning, a storage, and a couch. Central location was a plus.

The venue's position was central. By the way, a river and a botanical garden were close to the place. I ate at a small restaurant for dinner or room service. I had climate control, a storage, and a safe box in it.

The restaurant here was wonderful for dinner or room service, we both ordered amazing dishes. An electric kettle, a fridge and glassware worked well. The location was central and close to a museum and a cathedral.

Exceptionally nice staff, particularly nice views over the lake, everything is well-maintained. The twin room is freshly renovated and functional. There is a huge variety of facilities in the room like : a storage and a couch.

Amicable staff is the reason I can't wait to come back. The venue is clean and big size, views are magnificent, the location is great close to theatre, restaurants and gardens, the casino / nightlife, and the Weds market. I have stayed in the standard queen room with a storage and a sofa.

Breakfast was particularly nice, great views, magnificent location just off all facilities and transport links and main shops, coffee shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Knowledgeable staff at the reception desk, did a nice job. Everything was simply nice.

The location was great - ease of access to Parliament House Brisbane. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. When we checked in, standard queen room with a view was ready.

The bed was comfortable and we felt it was great value for money, especially considering the Wi-Fi included in our room. We also enjoyed discovering a nice cafe nearby where we could grab a hot beverage. The check-in process was easy and hassle-free.
